Infrastructure & Mobility Italy Commercial Support Advisor to join its office in Rome or Genoa or Lecce or Naples, Italy, within the Consulting Commercial Division.


Mission:

The Tender and Commercial Analyst will be responsible for tender scouting and screening, dashboard preparation for the management team.


Key Accountabilities:


  • Daily tender scouting on main web and Company's tools for domestic and/or foreign market of Infrastructure & Mobility.
  • Coordinate with internal Commercial teams to gather relevant information for tender activities and preparing the relevant effective presentations.
  • Prepare commercial presentations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and completeness.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and market trends in coordination with Commercial Team.
  • Maintain accurate records of tender submissions, contracts, and related documents in the Company's Commercial traceability tools.
  • Assist in the postawarding phase for opening the Contracts in the Accounting System

Education:


  • High School Diploma/GED in General Studies/Other or Business Administration Finance Management
Bachelor's Degree in Management Engineering or Civil Engineering


Qualifications:


  • Experience in tender scouting, analysis and tracking is preferable.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex tender documents and to analyze large databases.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluent English is a must and a second language is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Focus on Team targets and passion for teamwork.
  • Knowledge of contract law and procurement processes is preferred.
  • Experience in the construction, engineering, or manufacturing industry is a plus.
