Purpose of the role
The role is a highly visible and creative.
You will report directly to the Marketing Manager Italy and be in daily dialogue with our operational teams (Fitness, Kids, F&B, Sales, etc.).
The role is varied, from writing member communications and devising initiatives to drive in-club drive secondary spend (creating brochures, banners, flyers; updating club digital screens, member portal, social media channels, website) to organizing events, photoshoots, booking of external media channels.
You will be accountable for ensuring communication is on-brand, has the right tone-of-voice and adheres to our design guidelines. This will require putting your graphic design and copywriting skills to use.Organization skills will also be key while managing our image library, updating event & social media calendars as well as budgeting.
Main responsibilities
- Liaising with suppliers (e.g. media booking) as well as external partners to generate benefits for members, organize events and also support press activities.
- Building an annual marketing communication calendar for the club, supporting all internal departments to communicate promotions and news to reach budget targets.
- Monitoring competitors' activities in order to identify opportunities for new products or services.
- Supporting the Marketing Manager Italy in planning and implementing campaigns, layouts and media bookings as well as 360° marketing communication on all marketing channels internally and externally.
- Analyzing data to determine the effectiveness of marketing strategies, and making adjustments as needed.
- Coordinating with production staff to ensure that products are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Maintaining relationships with vendors in order to secure discounts and special offers.
- Supporting photo shoots and events as well as press activities.

Your profile and Experience
- A degree in marketing, communications or similar.
- Min. 5 years of relevant work experience in a marketing environment.
- Relevant experience in internal and external communications including media planning and online marketing.
- Experience with content management systems (Hubspot, Umbraco) desirable.
- Knowledge in the use of design programmes (InDesign, Photoshop,...) desirable.
- Experience with MS Office programmes (Word, Excel,...).
- Very good written and spoken Italian and English skills.
- Willingness to travel (possible travels among the Clubs of the new Brand or to the Offices in Milan)
