Twinset is looking for the Store Manager for its store in Roma Fiumicino airport.

The position will report to the Area Retail Manager.

Key activities:
Sales & Operations Management

Booster the sales activity to reach the company targets, through an accurate and acute management of retail KPIs;
Guarantee the correct implementation of the guidelines in order to meet the store goals;
Build a strong customer relationship according to CRM recommendations;
Monitor the respect of all the procedures defined by the HQ in terms of operations, administration, visual merchandising, stock management, and merchandising;

Team Management

Ensure the correct floor organization and planning maintaining the productivity and company quality standards;
Coach and train the team to achieve goals and improve their skills;
Manage the recruitment and the on boarding of new staff
