- Eseguire la valutazione per introdurre materie prime nuove e materie prime alternative (cambi like for like), valutandone l'impatto sulle specifiche formulazioni.
- Sviluppare formulazioni per prodotti solidi orali, fluidi e topici, eseguendo trial in scala da laboratorio e in scala prototipale, rispettando le timeline di progetto e proponendo in maniera critica soluzioni sulle attività da eseguire.
- Trasferire le informazioni necessarie ad eseguire la fase di industrializzazione di processo presso le aree produttive di stabilimento, anche emettendo la documentazione relativa alla fase di prototipazione, revisionando la documentazione della fase di industrializzazione.
- Monitorare in via preliminare la stabilità dei prodotti sviluppati/prototipati.
- Gestire responsabilmente la strumentazione in uso in laboratorio ed area prototipale, monitorandone anche lo stato di calibrazione/manutenzione.
- Seguire le attività di industrializzazione conto terzi, collaborando, anche tramite visite in presenza, con il terzista per le fasi di technology trasfer, garantendo l'adeguato supporto per le fasi di prototipazione, revisionando la documentazione di produzione (Master Batch record, report di prototipazione ed industrializzazione etc), interfacciandosi anche con gli stakeholder interni (Quality Assurance, Quality Control, etc).
- Confrontarsi con i fornitori per l'introduzione di nuove tecnologie, attrezzature o materie prime.
- Partecipare con il responsabile alla stesura di procedure operative per la gestione delle attività di sviluppo prodotto, delle istruzioni tecniche e istruzioni di pulizia, relative a strumentazione ed equipment di laboratorio e area prototipale.
- Revisionare ed approvare nel flusso aziendale i testi relativi agli esecutivi
- Fornire supporto ai reparti competenti per:
- la gestione di non conformità, partecipando alle investigazioni ed eseguendo trial, se necessario, per contribuire ad individuare la root cause;
- proporre ed implementare attività di continuous improvement, per ottimizzare processi e risorse.
- Compilare la documentazione, da sottomettere, in accordo alle normative vigenti, all'organismo di certificazione e controllo CCPB, necessaria ad ottenere la certificazione per prodotto biologico, cooperando con i dipartimenti aziendali preposti, es. Quality Assurance e Biological & Agricultural.
- Identificare le priorità in accordo alla strategia aziendale ed alle esigenze del gruppo di appartenenza, per definire e programmare le attività di cui è responsabile.

RESPONSABILITA' CHIAVE
Requisiti richiesti:
Laurea in CTF/Chimica/Farmacia/Ingegneria
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
Esperienza lavorativa:esperienza in reparto formulativo o di sviluppo prodotto/processo di azienda farmaceutica, biomedicale, alimentare o cosmetica oppure in un laboratorio di tecnica farmaceutica, anche in ambito universitario.
