Our client is an Italian company leader in
formulating and manufacturing high-end chemical raw material. Customers are major foreign industrial companies.

For the upgrading of the
Sales Department, we are seeking:

BACK OFFICE & CUSTOMER CARE

Posizione:

Main activities and responsibilities:

-
Constant communication with internal and external
stakeholders to ensure the proper functioning of the
supply chain;

Order placement;
Operational management of merchandise
procurement (raw materials or finished products).
Responding to customer inquiries regarding delivery times and order status.

-
Shipping management, customs, documentation.

Maintaining constant contact with the Italian Sales Network to communicate the status of orders and manage urgencies;
Ensuring
compliance and correct technical documentation related to products.

Organizational support for trade fair and business trips.

After-Sales management.

Reporting activities (Excel

Zucchetti software).

Requisiti:

The ideal Resource has at least 3 / 5 years' experience in a similar role or as Inside Sales, in international product or industrial companies B2B.

Good knowledge of MS Office.
Advanced knowledge of the
English language (B
C1) is a must

Experience in CRM / Sales Back Office management systems will be considered a plus.

Communication skills, proactivity, customer focus, problem solving, and accuracy complete the profile.
