We are looking for an
Project coordination module & innovation to join our headquarters at Sant'Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the
Head of R&D Strategy & Projects coordination
You will have the responsibility to manage the following activities:

coordinate R&D areas and experts to grant the production of clear, shared and reliable estimation concering the efforts
as time, cost and manpower
for the execution of component project.
Represent the R&D técnical commitee in Product Strategy team, ability to meet the needs required by other department concerning the component development and give the right consistency assurance.
Define, prioritise and plan innovation topics.
Responsible for the component & innovation budget definition in agreement with all R&D functions.
Responsible for the target definition and performance evaluation of the R&D technical commitee members assigned to the component & innovation projects, in agreement with all Head of.

About you

Bachelor or master degree in the field of Engineering
At least 4 years' experience in Automotive, with a special focus on strategic projects
Proficient MS Office
Planning and decision making
Fluent English and Italian, German will be considered as a plus
Being dynamic and flexible
Smart and forward thinking
Good approach to interfunctional teamwork and good relational skills
