    Come to join our Southern Europe team as a Support Consultant . This role is to be clients' primary point of contact, to guarantee their satisfaction and highest technical and operational performance of our applications, basically, helping our client getting the most of their investment in our software.

    You will analyse and resolve functional challenges that arise post implementation in connection with supply chain software solutions, will guide the client through continuous change, recommending new configuration or designing new enhancements. The primary activities of the position include client communication, consulting, design, testing, issues resolution. To achieve all of these, you will be trained and accompanied by our team in Southern Europe.

    This position is perfect for consultants with technical knowledge or curiosity and for developers or analysts that are looking for a more managerial and functional role. You will have opportunity to work for clients from various industries including retail distribution, luxury, industrial, eCommerce, automotive, grocery amongst the most famous in Southern Europe.

    Here are a few things that we see as critical for someone to be successful in this role:

  • People person, you have experience of client-facing, excellent client management skills and good team spirit
  • Analytical, you are rigorous, curious and imaginative
  • Experience in software implementation and post implementation support
  • Knowledge of Database languages and/or cloud technologies. Knowledge of C++/java programming languages is also an important asset.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or another numerate discipline, or equivalent through business experience
  • The flexibility to work at customer locations up to 20 %, sometimes for prolonged engagements within the EMEA region.
