To ensure your success in this role, we provide training and coaching in luxury sales, service, and clienteling, according to our cutting‐edge approach to client experience. You take care of our valued customers at the store and will play a vital role in delivering an excellent customer experience by:

    Specific experience and knowledge for this role

    Previous customer‐facing role within the retail or hospitality industryProven ability to drive sales and exceptional customer serviceCustomer relationship management (CRM) and clientelingFluent in English, which is a prerequisite for this position (and additional languages based on the market requirements)
