We are looking for a resource to be included in the Technology Area of the Technology & Operations Management Department of WL MS Italia.


Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

You collaborate:
- with the technological and business areas of WL MS Italia with the aim of managing it services related to the world of Acquiring on progettuality and on assets in operation
- with the Finance structure for the correct management of IT costs of scope
- with WL structures for all shared projects and services provided
- with the IT structures responsible for the management of Processes and Procedures


You ensure:
- full adherence of the implemented solutions to the requirements of Business, Compliance, to the engineering rules adopted by the Company and borrowed from the Group as well as to the roadmap of technological evolution;
- in collaboration with your Manager and with the Company structures in charge, the correct implementation of sourcing strategies
- in collaboration with your Manager and with the IT and company structures in charge, the correct governance of IT costs
- the definition and continuous monitoring of SLAs and KPIs and related services provided by suppliers as well as managing, in collaboration with the IT structures in charge
- the maintenance of the catalogue of company services
- the contribution to the Process of Incident and Problem Management
- the management of first-level controls

Skills we can't do without:
- excellent knowledge in IT services both in relation to the implementation of evolution projects and in relation to maintenance (service management), according to the Group's "model"
- excellent functional and technical knowledge in Acquiring with particular focus on customer onboarding processes
- excellent knowledge of Cost Control processes
- experience in the management of teams of minimum 5 units
- excellent knowledge of Change, Incident and Problem Management processes
- previous professional experience of at least 5 years in similar activities is required.


Skills we'd like:
- good knowledge of Office package (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- good knowledge of English
- good knowledge of ITIL and COBIT frameworks
- good knowledge of PMP and AGILE/SCRUM

  • Degree in Management Engineering or in computer science.
