Summary:

Knauf, multinational in the construction industry researches a Legal Counsel Intern who will be placed within the Finance Department.

Responsibilities
The resource will be engaged in the following activities:

Managing relationships with external counsel and other professionals representing us for projects;
Coordinating prelitigation, litigation and alternative dispute resolution matters;
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of operational and commercial contracts;
Advising on a variety of legal issues and business topics to internal stakeholders;
Advising on legal risks and proposing solutions to mitigate them;
Establishing, monitoring, and optimizing legal processes, workflows, standards and template.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Law;
Fluent in English, oral and written;
Previous experience in law firms is a plus;
Knowledge of Office package (especially Excel and Power Point).

Analytical mindset;
Be selfmotivated and possess strong interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills;
Strong communication skills.

Additional Informations

Salary:700 euro expense refund + transport allowance + Ticket Restaurant
