Nice is looking for a Head of Marketing Intelligence and Strategy for the Corporate.


Contribution & responsibilities

  • Provide timely and relevant insights into market intelligence and policy, and translating that into useful strategy
  • Support the management team in developing winning business strategies for all business verticals
  • Leading and continuously improving the market intelligence and integrating the results into the overall strategy
  • Evaluation and support of M&A opportunities
  • Lead continuous improvement activities and implementation of new business initiatives
  • Develop business intelligence (BI) gathering practices and manage data and information
  • Design and maintain a system to warehouse data and information
  • Lead a team to monitor key metrics through creation of dashboards and reporting tools
  • Define core measurement frameworks, performance metrics and tracking from global operations perspectives including R&D, Back-Office, Customer Experience, Sales & Marketing

Profile

  • Master's degree in Economics, Business, Science or Engineering
  • At least 57 years professional experience in the field of Strategy/Corporate Consultancy or Business Development
  • Experience in managing cross functional and international projects
  • Technical knowledge and understanding
  • Strong in leadership, communication and teamwork
  • Fluent in English (further language skills are a plus)
