L'attuale forza lavoro è di circa 6900 dipendenti di cui circa 800 solo nel nostro stabilimento di Novara.Per la nostra sede di Novara, siamo alla ricerca di un HSE Engineer con focus sulla materia Ambientale e Sostenibilità. La risorsa, all'interno dell'Ufficio HSE, affiancherà l'HSE Manager supportandolo nelle attività Ambientali ed in particolare:
SOSTENIBILITA ':
· Misurare e controllare le performance di sostenibilità per stimolare il contributo dell'impresa alla neutralità climatica.
· Partecipare alla redazione dei Bilanci di Sostenibilità.
· Sostenere la Certificazioni secondo lo standard ISO
· Promuovere lo Stakeholder Engagement, la rendicontazione sulla sostenibilità e l'economia circolare.
· Implementazione di politiche sostenibili, promozione di tecnologie pulite, individuazione di rischi e opportunità in ambito ambientale
· Garantire la conformità e l'implementazione delle norme in materia ambientale
· Conoscenza del sistema di gestione della protezione dell'ambiente ISO 14001 e regolamento EMAS
Costituisce un plus la conoscenza del Sistema di gestione della salute e sicurezza sul lavoro ISO 45001 e D.Lgs 81/08.
