The position is for a designer with high experience in the field of RF and millimeter

Design and simulate active power devices and passive devices for matching networks and filters
Define the arcConfidenzialeture of the ICs according to the:5G
Tandard, devicespecifications and the customer requirements
Design and simulate the circuital blocks at schematic level by the specific EDAtools for RF simulations
Expertise in GaN technology
Expertise with EM simulation tools such as HFSS and Momentum
Expertise in the design of PAs
Expertise in RF circuits including:

Switches, LNAs, PLLs, Oscillators, RF filtersand couplers

S- Arameters, noisefigure, stability, P1dB,harmonics, IMD, IIP2/3, and the capability to design for and measure each parameter

Expertise in power semiconductor device physics and ability to relate to productdevelopment
Established track record in production
Level RFICs for using Cadence IC toolsuite
Ability to run device load pull tests and interpret results
Proficiency in analog and digital IC design

Proficiency in IC

Proficiency in IC
packaging and module design techniques

Experience in module design preferred Experience in PCB board designdesirable
Experience RF interconnect modeling, including packaging effects
Strong communication and inter
Ersonal skills, developing/driving conceptsand ideas with other team members and across other parts of a large organization
