POSITION

The Technical Development Associate Woman RTW will support in the RTW development process, working across teams to ensure creative designs are translated into innovative products, achieving Fendi quality standards.

The position is based in Fendi HQ in Rome.

Main responsibilities

Assisting in developing of the RTW Collection and all collaborations/capsules across all RTW product category;
Together with the Manager, be a contact point for Women's Ready to Wear collection and communicate between Style team, embroidery and trims, Production teams to move projects smoothly to next steps;
Participate during production and development fittings, communicating updated tech packs/specs to factories and following up to make sure adjustments are made timely;
Adhere to company's product development calendar, tracking RTW collection's progress and solving issues in order to meet collection objectives and deadlines;
Aim to assure quality in the product from onset of development through final production;
Review all components with an eye for quality, and performance.

PROFILE

At least 4 years' experience in a similar role within luxury womenswear fashion company;
Good knowledge of product development and manufacturing processes, fabrics, woven as well as garment specifications, fitting and pattern making;
Passion for the product and attention to detail;
Ability to work under pressure, capable of multitasking and coordinating different projects with the Style team and external suppliers;
Teamwork and problemsolving attitudes;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
