Responsibilities

• Partner with key leaders on local people and culture plans
• Implement solutions to improve performance, engagement, recruiting, and retention
• Support workforce plans, learning programs, talent acquisition activities
• Communicate and adopt diversity, equity, and inclusion policies and practices
• Measure and analyze HR and business performance metrics
• Provide support to managers, supervisors, and employees
• Solve issues independently, escalate complex issues
• Manage relations with employee representative bodies
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of two years of related work experience
• Fluent in English and Italian

Preferred:
Five years of related work experience

Preferred:
Good knowledge about the National Chemical and Trade contracts
