He/She be responsible to overseen TPS portfolio in its entire processes, collaborating with CS Functions, CoE's and any other Kion Departements.

He/She will analise Service Portfolio and support Enterprise to develop guidelines and frameworks.

He/she will be responsible to ensure service management methods allowing concerned Site Teams to break down their operation into several phases to implement goals effectively and priorities to respond rapidly to changes.

Tasks and Qualifications:


SAFETY:


  • Create the site Health & Safety plan ensuring that it is maintained and adhered to Company policy
  • Ensure that the required Health and Safety documentation including, but not limited to Method Statements and Risk Assessments are produced and adhered to correctly

OPERATION:


  • Continuously develop Team members to nurture best in class Site Managers
  • Promote, support and propagate the standardisation/harmonisation of maintenance practices within the assigned contracts
  • Develop, share and implement best practice ideas
  • Ensure a close working relationship within the Customer Services organisation and other disciplines and departments
  • Plan and organize resources
  • Ensure adoption of tools & respect of the procedures of his/her personnel
  • Engage and manage 3rd Parties
  • Analyze progress and effectiveness of resources' workload to ensure most effective manner

HR

  • Oversee the recruitment, training and development of all Dematic Resident Site based employees
  • Short, medium and long term capacity and capability management
  • Annual appraisal of direct reports

FINANCIALS:


  • Deliver portofolio annual profitability
  • Periodically report on Contract budget adherence
  • Lead efforts focused on organization assessment & design and provide direction and consultation to change management/contract variation strategies

CUSTOMER:


  • Provide answers to shortterm roadblocks as well as proactively creating longterm solutions that are geared towards Customer success.
  • Organise and run Customer monthly Contractual meetings
  • Use data driven analysis to resolve conflicting views to manage escalations

GENERAL:


  • Lead by example and comply with all Company policies
  • Support and defend the values, principles and direction of the Company
  • Provide progress reports to the management team for all Sites as and when required
