    Our Global Manufacturing Division

    We have three production plants: Parma (Italy), Blois-La Chaussée-Saint-Victor (France) and Santana de Parnaíba (Brazil). The plants produce over 110 million units per year.

    The Parma plant covers an area of more than fifteen thousand square meters and serves as our strategic hub for production and distribution, exporting to over 80 countries. The Parma plant produces various types of medicinal products.

    Santana specializes in pressurized solutions and suspensions for inhalant therapy, supplying both domestic market and Group's affiliates and exports to licensees and distributors. Blois focuses on Dry Powder Inhalers and final assembly stages of Metered-Dose Inhalers, supplying Group's affiliates and distributing directly to clients at a local level and in export markets.

    Job Role

    Purpose

    The Global HSE Management System Specialist will be involved in designing and implementing the Chiesi Global HSE Management System, complying with ISO 14001 and 45001 standards across all Company affiliates. They will report to the Global Head of HSE Safety & Affiliates and be based in Parma, with international travel requirements.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Coordinate delivery of Corporate HSE initiatives across Chiesi affiliate sites;
    • Support implementation of global HSE policies and procedures;
    • Ensure effective alignment in HSE approach across sites, including definition of appropriate tools;
    • Support harmonization of HSE processes, such as Risk Assessment, Incidents reporting & investigation, HSE KPIs;
    • Participate in HSE audit plans.

    Requirements

    Bachelor or Master's Degree in Engineering or equivalent required. At least one year of experience in similar roles, preferably in complex multi-site organizations. Fluent English language skills necessary.

    Skills

    • Knowledge of relevant HSE standards (e.g. ISO 14001, ISO 45001);
    • Auditing techniques knowledge;
    • HSE requirements knowledge in industrial environments;
    • Design thinking.
