Defining And Executing The Strategy Of An Italian Automotive Supplier As The CEO (Permanent Position)

Our client, a private equity company, is looking for a CEO (m/f/d) - permanent - to join its Italian portfolio-company, an automotive supplier, focused on sport car's components.

The ideal candidate is an experienced executive with a strong understanding of the Italian automotive industry. The overall objective is to create and execute a growth plan which allows to expand the business from currently 25Mio.€ to 55Mio.€

• Rebuild a number strategic business processes and initiate a cultural change of mindset with regard to results-oriented thinking
  
• Develop and implement a growth plan to increase the company's marketshare longterm
  
• Establish and continuously develop a sustainable performance culture, together with the private equity
  
• Initiate change management in all areas of the company, especially in business development and operations
  
• Further develop the product portfolio to strengthen customer relationships through networking, events and workshops
  
• Support / coach employees, managers and external vendors during the transformation process
  
• Relevant and successful management experience as CEO, CFO and / or COO in Italian automotive companies
  
• Proven sales and marketing track record as a C-level executive, ideally within the Italian automotive industry
  
• Restructuring expertise: Wide expertise in restructuring / change management
  
• Industry focus: Experience and familiarity within the Italian automotive market, ideally around sport car components
  
• Experience in working with private equity companies
