What we offer:

Support the Plant Manager and the entire management team in developing a comprehensive "Lean" deployment strategy that focuses on organizational culture, organizational understanding and organizational training to fully implement a Lean Culture within the Luzzara Plant.

What we offer:

Job holder reports directly to Plant Manager of the plant.

Individual tasks/interactions with the following KION departments required:

Production
HSE
Industrial Engineering
Logistic
HR
Controlling
Product development
Project management
Quality
Procurement

Connection with central KION Group function.

Main Duties

Ensure relevant ongoing learning and development of all employees in lean culture and lean improvement tools, starting from management
Implement and support cultural change across the organization
Contribute to the strategy deployment (Hoshin) driving ideas to get to operational excellence, shortening lead times and developing a great place to work
Support the delivery of better value and greater efficiency through the identification and elimination of unnecessary complexity within business processes and identification of better ways of working
To lead and facilitate lean/process improvementbased workshops & kaizen to drive ideas and solutions
Facilitate 5S system and drive for excellent result
Assist and support key business stakeholders to build a continuous improvement environment to support an ongoing program of change
Develop and build a culture of engagement at all levels of the business

Qualifications/Experience Required

Degree as industrial engineer and/or comparable qualification & experience
Minimum accredited Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, preferably Black Belt
Minimum 35 years proven continuous improvement analytical experience from a similar role
Background in manufacturing environment
