Ingenn is the
Head Hunting company solely focused in the search and selection of
technicians and engineers.


The partner:

We are looking for a
Head of Production for an important company in seed business.


The role:


  • Delivery of plant activities to meet Volume, Cost, Quality and deadline.
  • Ensure plant production plans are able to meet SLA define by Customers.
  • Ensure clear communication of progress against plans with key stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain seed processing processes and procedures in line with global standards.
  • Ensure controlling programs and KPIs are in place to guarantee operational delivery within budget targets.
  • Focus effort to reduce processing losses and improve process line efficiency to reduce costs and production risk.
  • Develop processing team capability.
  • Develop and maintain plant focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement within the context of the Global PSI strategy.
  • Ensure there is a plant succession plan.
  • Develop investment and maintenance plan to support business growth and compliance.

Requisiti:


Mandatory skills:


  • Professional qualification in engineering.
  • Recognized qualification in manufacturing and seeds production.
  • Sound analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Leadership and management of people, teamworking.
  • Fluency in English.

Optional skills:


  • French.
