Per azienda metalmeccanica appartenente ad un prestigioso gruppo industriale selezioniamo in SALES & LOGISTIC SPECIALIST.
SCOPO DELLA POSIZIONE
• Gestire e controllare l'intero ciclo di vita dell'ordine («order fulfillment»), dall'acquisizione dell'ordine, alla consegna del materiale fino all'incasso, garantendo il corretto flusso informativo tra gli stakeholder esterni (clienti a lui assegnati) ed interni (Sales, Personale operante nel sito);
• Ha come obiettivo il raggiungimento delle prestazioni obiettivo legate all'ordine (tempo conferma ordine, approntamento e consegna effettiva, flusso informazione verso cliente, incasso).
RESPONSABILITA'
• Si assicura che il set informativo commerciale (es.: scheda cliente) sia completo e tempestivamente aggiornato.
• Opera come interfaccia quotidiana tra cliente ed ABS lungo il ciclo di vita dell'ordine per aspetti gestionali;
• Analizza gli ordini ricevuti dal Sales Manager e o cliente e si assicura che gli stessi riportino tutte le informazioni necessarie per corretto inserimento a sistema, garantendo flussi di inserimento degli ordini rapidi;
• Riceve gli autisti e gestisce la documentazione relativa alla spedizione;
• Programmare le spedizioni ai clienti sulla base dei tempi e delle modalità concordate con Sales e Responsabile del sito garantendo l'osservanza della pianificazione, delle consegne (ed eventuali ritiri) della merce e la modalità di spedizione richiesta dal cliente.
PROFILO IDEALE
Esperienza pregressa, anche breve, nel servizio al cliente;
• Conoscenza delle principali tematiche di carattere amministrativo (fatturazione,...) e logistico;
• Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office (Excel, Word, etc.) e del gestionale SAP;
• Ottime capacità relazionali e di predisposizione al lavoro in Team, nonché di orientamento al risultato e di proattività.
