- Fornire consulenza specialistica sulla progettazione in collaborazione con gli appaltatori in ambito utilities e HVAC/AHU and utilities hook-up.
- Eseguire e/o controllare studi di progettazione preliminare e/o di dettaglio-definitiva durante le operazioni di pre-progetto detail design e costruzione.
- Partecipare alla creazione di standard per ACC nel proprio settore
- Redigere e/o verificare specifiche tecniche e capitolati d'appalto
- Redigere specifiche tecniche e capitolati d'appalto
- Verificare i documenti di esecuzione degli appaltatori
- Verificare gli strumenti e gestire il processo di studio.
- Collaborare con il PMO, il responsabile del progetto, il team di construction management e di ingegneria ed il team della pianificazione e del bilancio.
- Gestire uno studio gli aspetti di ingegneria con le imprese di costruzione nella sua area di competenza.
- Fornire consulenza specialistica sui test pre-lancio, SAT, commissioning, etc: elabora le gamme, dirige e monitora i test normativi e di performance.
- Coordinare e gestire la compilazione del Fascicolo di Costruzione secondo gli standard di ACC, in collaborazione con le imprese appaltatrici
