We are looking for a talented
HR PARTNER for Italy and Spain to join our growing team.

Based in
Oterra Italian site located in Parma, you'll join a dedicated team where you lead and provide technical expertise to achieve corporate goals for HR performance and ensure compliance with all HR policies and regulations as well as legal compliance.

You will also work with the global team on projects aimed at the engagement and innovation. People and Culture department ensuring HR procedures always run smoothly.

The person who covers the role is responsible for ensure compliance with all legal policies for HR administration.

What will your day-to-day look like?

Manage the production sites and corporate offices in Spain and Italy
Ensuring HR procedures always run smoothly
Processing employees' queries and respond in a timely manner
Updating employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
Stay uptodate and comply with changes in labor legislation
Labor Unions relations
Setting up company policies
Maintaining organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records
Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly
Responsible for the daytoday operations, including onboarding new employees or processing termination paperwork
Support finance team with analysis
Support payroll consultant with employees request and monthly activities
Main point of contact with contingent agencies
Reviewing compensation and benefits packages
Engage and support managers

Experience and skills required

Bachelor's degree
Advanced English and Italian Level;
Fluency in Microsoft Office programs;
Other language speaking (Spanish);
Attitude to team working;
Ability to manage complex issues and work in crossfunctional teams;
Collaborative, solutionsoriented approach;
Strong written and spoken communication skills;
