    Job Description


    PURPOSE:


    Accelerates theCompany's business growth by generating revenues through account planning,territory planning, researching prospect customers, using business development strategies,and completing field-based marketing and business development activities withina defined set of prospects, territory or vertical.

    Maintain and improvepartners relationship and management to improve company and partners networkingand visibility. Develop and improve commercial strategy together with Companypartners. Identify and propose new strategic partnership based on marketrequirements and needs.

    Conducts preliminary analysis on internal andexternal client processes during the pre-sales phase to collect businessrequirements and support the design, implementation, configuration, andvalidation of solutions for life sciences environment.

    Requirements


    ACCOUNTABILITIES:
    Creates effective andspecific sales plans to ensure revenue target delivery and a sustainablegrowth. Develops relationships in new and existing customers and leverages todrive strategy through organization. Buildsan eligible pipeline and follows a disciplined approach to maintaining arolling pipeline. Keeps pipeline current and moving up the pipeline curve.

    Usesthe CRM system effectively and keeps the CRM records accurate and update Advances and closessales opportunities - through the successful execution of the sales strategyand roadmap.

    Collaborates with the management team on negotiation ofproposal-close strategy and contracting. Identifies, contacts,and visits potential clients and partners. Presents the company byattending and exhibiting at conferences & events. Maintain and improvepartners relationship and management to improve company and partners networkingand visibility. Develop and improve commercial strategy together with Companypartners. Identify and propose new strategic partnership based on market requirementsand needs.

    Conducts preliminaryanalysis on internal and external client processes during the pre-sales phaseto collect business requirements and support the design, implementation,configuration and validation of solutions for life sciences environment.

    Communicates regularlyand networks with client representatives and key industry people. Follows up industrynews, market conditions, client's financial status and technology changes. Picks up requests forinformation (RFI) and requests for proposal (RFP). Prepares bid grids,company presentation slide sets and supports marketing campaigns. Presents/moderates/facilitatesat bid defence meetings and other company presentations.

    Support Legal andAdministration in preparing and negotiating confidentiality agreements, masterservice agreements, and contracts or service orders with clients, partners andvendors.

    Reviews and improvesproposals and writes executive summaries before they go out toprospects/clients. Proposes alliances withsuppliers and partners to the Company to provide solid and complete solutionofferings to Customers. Identifies and secures preferred-provider accountsutilizing different outsourcing business models. Develops mutuallybeneficial partnerships such as reciprocal business arrangements. Develops and nurturesrelationships with existing clients to secure and increase the business volumeper each client.

    Communicates customerfeedback with the internal and external stakeholders, defines and executescollaborative strategies to ensure customer satisfaction Collaborates withproject managers to ensure a smooth hand over process from sales to delivery.

    Contributes to thepreparation of market analysis work, business plans, marketing materials likebrochures, flyers, newsletters etc.

    Engages with Marketing,Sales, Management and Delivery Teams to support the improvement of corporateknowledge and experience base, participates in internal corporate projects.

    Suggests,participates in and/or organizes internal and external trainings on businessdevelopment and sales domain.
    BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE

    Bachelor's degree inscientific matters (Biology, Pharmacy, Chemistry and Biomedical Engineering)

    Atleast 3 years in a IT or Consultancy company with services dedicated to Pharma,and/or involved in the selling of Regulatory services

    English, second Europeanlanguage a plus

    Sales/marketing processes andbusiness communication

    Negotiation process

    CRM and/or marketingautomation tools (i.e. SalesForce, Pardot and Zoho)

    MS Office Suite (inparticular Excel and PowerPoint)
