The International School of Monza is seeking to appoint a Teacher of IB PYP & MYP Physical and Health Education (tentative) for a whole-school position teaching the IB PYP and MYP to join us in September 2023 on a full-time contract.
THE POSITION

As such, we expect our new colleague to be committed to such an approach, as well as to high standards and a desire to ensure an excellent profile for the programmes they teach both within and beyond our school community.
A NOTE ON OUR SPORTS COMPLEX
Our sports complex is an integral part of our school campus and is located a three-minute walk away from school.
Here, our students have exclusive access to two synthetic football pitches as well as to our brand new professional-standard indoor gym, which is currently going through the process to be certified for a range of sports by the Italian Olympic Committee.
In the evenings and at weekends, the sports complex is used as a training facility for football and volleyball.ESSENTIAL CHARACTERISTICS
- to have had recent experience teaching students aged between 3 and 16;
- to be fluent in English;
- to be an EU passport holder or already be in possession of a valid visa that enables to work in Italy.
HOW TO APPLY
The person appointed will be expected to begin work in late August 2023, before which date a criminal records check and social media background check will need to be completed as part of our safer recruitment and child safeguarding policies.
