Overview:
Kemin Industries is seeking a

Procurement Assistant for our location in Cavriago.

As

Procurement Assistant you will act as a support of the lead buyer in daily activities.

Responsibilities:


  • Control of Purchase Requests
  • Orderprocessing of raw materials, packaging, noninventory products, facilities & leaseservice contracts
  • Follow up on lead times of pending purchase orders and order confirmations
  • Launch/follow up of evaluation dossiers for new raw materials/packaging
  • First point of contact for suppliers
  • Follow up of complaint & nonconform deliveries
  • Administration on Sustainability projects
  • Management of overall departmental administration
  • Management of supplier records in ERPsystem (M3)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent by one's experience
  • Multilingual: fluent in English and Italian is required
  • Good Communicator
  • Proactive and agile approach
  • Well organised and accurate
  • Flexible in adjusting to organisational needs
