What does the role involve
Align and coach leaders towards lean mindset and change management. While doing so, develop yourself as Operations Leader at Hilti. Identify cross functional opportunities to improve overall value stream efficiency and manage projects accordingly.

Be a sparing partner to our Global After Market Service Leadership Team in the journey of delivering outstanding results while reducing the impact on the environment.

Demonstrate end to end process thinking with strong customer orientation. Promote Hilti Lean Core Systems through upskilling, education, and certification programs for levels of team members. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in order to drive communication, alignment, and collaboration. Act in a multi-cultural environment, show learning agility and be close to people. What you need is:

Technical|Business Administration University degree or MBA 4-5 years of professional experience Passion for operations management Knowledge of Lean Methodology Experience in Project Management Interested and able to drive strategy in a large organization Passionate to activate and motivate people at levels.

Previous leadership experience is an advantage. Fluent in English. Additional languages are an advantage. Why should you apply
