We are seeking for data enthusiasts, who strongly believe in the power of data and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies for bringing the Company beyond the future of data driven solutions.


Role Summary

  • Data Scientist applies strong expertise in data analytics, machine learning, data mining to design, prototype and build next generation advanced analytics engines for improving current business solutions or creating new services for internal and external customers.
  • The data scientist collaborates with business partners to define the technical problem statement and hypothesis to test; develops efficient and accurate analytical models that mimic business decisions and incorporates them into analytical data products or tools with the support of a multifunctional team.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business partners to develop novel ways to meet objectives using innovative techniques and tools.
  • Effectively communicate the analytics approach and how it will meet and address objectives to business partners.
  • Advocate and educate on the value of data driven decision making focusing on the "how and why" of solving problems.
  • Create repeatable, interpretable, dynamic and scalable models that are seamlessly incorporated into analytic data products.
  • Engineer features by using their business acumen to find new ways to combine disparate internal and external data sources.
  • Share their passion for Data Science with broader enterprise community; identify and develop longterm processes, frameworks, tools, methods and standards.
  • Collaborate, coach, and learn with a growing team of experienced Data Scientists.
  • Stay connected with external sources of ideas through conferences and community engagements.

Key QUALIFICATIONS - Skills

Minimum qualifications

  • BSc degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or any related field
  • 4+ years of Data science experience
  • High proficiency in Python
  • Experience in developing standard machine learning models for Classification, Regression and Clustering tasks
  • Experience with Deep Learning Framework — TensorFlow / PyTorch
  • Fluent in written and spoken English

Desired qualifications

  • MSc degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or any related field
  • Experience with Git or similar
  • Experience in Signal processing techniques
  • Experience with Natural Language Processing technologies
  • Experience with Big Data technologies desired —Hadoop, Spark,
  • Experience with AWS services
  • Experience with data visualization tools preferred —Tableau, Power BI, etc.
