OFFICE
Our new office in Via Turati is a strategic hub and home to all of the NGG staff functions. Turati is where the behind-the-scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonised with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office


THE ROLE
NGGH++ are seeking a Lifestyle Partnerships Manager to join our team and lead this area for Reebok Europe


WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Work directly with the head of marketing partnerships to develop the strategy and operations of partnerships and sponsorships in the world of culture, art, music, and design.
  • Conduct partnership and sponsorship negotiations with full responsibility to achieve goals.
  • Select, develop, and implement partnerships and sponsorships events/operations to enhance brand image and meet business needs
  • Create partnership and sponsorship activations with innovative ideas
  • Lead the execution of sponsorships and cultural partnerships strategy within budget, brand values and timelines to help projects get off the ground
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community cultural/art, and music design.
  • Strategic planning, scouting, negotiation/contracting, support, and activation, in line with brand goals and business needsProvide creative, cultural and consumer inspiration to our partnerships and to the wider marketing team
  • Strategic planning and xfunctional alignment, scouting, negotiation/contracting, support, and activation, in line with brand goals and business needs.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You have experience working as a Partnerships Manager in the sports, fashion or music industries
  • Experience managing relationships ensuring we are meeting our shared goals with our partners
  • Highly creative, culturally aware and passionate about the world of sport, fashion and music
  • Experience working with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment, handling multiple projects in an organised but flexible manner & prioritising when necessary
  • Experience working with data and reporting metrics to draw insights on the outputs from our partnerships work
