About the role:

  • Collaborate with People Managers to align recruitment plans with business needs and maintain strong relationships with Hiring Managers to grasp role requirements and source effectively
  • Identify and implement the most effective sourcing methods and recruitment channels (e.g. referrals, networking, direct sourcing, social recruitment)
  • Stay informed sourcing trends and incorporate digital strategies into our recruitment efforts
  • Support local units in developing and executing recruitment and employer branding initiatives
