About the role:

Collaborate with People Managers to align recruitment plans with business needs and maintain strong relationships with Hiring Managers to grasp role requirements and source effectively
Identify and implement the most effective sourcing methods and recruitment channels (e.g. referrals, networking, direct sourcing, social recruitment)
Stay informed sourcing trends and incorporate digital strategies into our recruitment efforts
Support local units in developing and executing recruitment and employer branding initiatives
