YOUR ROLE:


  • Giving support to the Business Controller of Henkel Consumer Brands in his/her daily key task and responsibilities.
  • Manages/Coordinates financial statements, business activity reports, financial position forecasts, annual budgets, and analysis reports
  • Tracks KPIs and provides indepth analysis, gives suggestion for the areas to be improved
  • Drives and supports the business by assisting business leaders to take best informed decisions
  • Communicates and presents proactively controlling topics to General Managers and other business contacts
  • Provides independent and objective information to ensure a systematic control as well as a strict monitoring of planned objectives
  • Spreads financial controlling knowledge and consciousness across the company
  • Drives continuous improvement in controlling relevant concepts, processes and tools
  • Management of projects

YOUR SKILLS:


  • Master degree in Business Administration, Economics & Engineering
  • Fluent in oral and written communication in English
  • Accounting and financial knowledge
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team worker, problem solver and initiative taker, with aptitude in identifying opportunities and anticipating changes
  • Analytical, critical and systematic thinking
  • Willingness to relocate abroad to pursue new professional experiences
  • Availability for 6months internship
