Job summary
The Front Office Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of the Front Desk Office to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while meeting financial goals. The role involves implementing company programs, preparing forecasts and reports, resolving customer complaints, and assisting with Human Resources functions.Responsibilities
- Implement company programs (KWB/Franchiser) and manage the operations of the Front Desk Office to ensure compliance with LSOPs and SOPs.
- Prepare forecasts and reports and assist in the development implementation monitoring of the budget to maximize revenue minimize expenses while ensuring adequate supplies staff available provide top quality customer service.
