    Tetra Pak Italiana is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and commissioning of packaging equipment. You will also provide technical training to customers and deliver high-quality technical services. This role offers a chance to expand your knowledge in mechanics, electronics, and automation by working on various sites.

    This position can be based in multiple locations in Lombardia region (Italy) and requires travel up to 90% throughout Northern Italy from Monday to Friday, ensuring a weekend return home.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prepare customer sites for installation events and assemble machines
    • Install, commission, and maintain filling machines and distribution equipment at customer sites
    • Conduct on-site and remote troubleshooting and fault finding services
    • Provide production supervisor and operator training at customer sites
    • Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers through support and follow-up on their concerns and issues
    • Report discovered technical issues according to company processes
    • Travel extensively to customer sites, up to 90% of work time

    We Are Looking for Someone Who:

    • Holds a Bachelor's degree in electronic or electro-mechanical engineering or has equivalent experience in the field
    • Has 1-2 years of work experience in electro-mechanical maintenance
    • Has 1-2 years of experience with PLC, electrical, and electronic systems
    • CAN repair machines onsite
    • Has experience with filling machines (an advantage)
    • Is willing to travel extensively on a weekly basis (more than 90% of work time)
    • Speaks native-level Italian and has good command of English (writing/reporting skills are essential)
    • Has a driving license
    • Proficient in computer skills
    • Strong knowledge of MS Office
    • Understands customer satisfaction and business vision
    • Initiative and ability to work in a team
    • Customer-oriented and result-oriented attitude
