Main activities

Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits;
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of company solutions according to customer needs and objectives;
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders;
Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas (New Market Verticals, Supply Chain collaborations, etc.);
Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) and prepare reports on account status;
Collaborate with Finance to ensure credit collections;
Ensure the appropriate visibility in terms of sales activities and opportunities adopting the company CRM as required.

Requirements:

Must have
-
5+ experience in sales/business development in the pooling/pallet/logistic businesses

BtB;:
Bachelor's degree;
Multicultural experience in international environments;

-
Full working
proficiency in English;

High level of energy, strong sense of commitment, results drive;
Team builder.

Nice to have

Direct experience in account management and generating/building relationships with clients and suppliers
BtB in the
fresh food supply chain businesses/food system;:
Used to working with operational excellence practices;
German knowledge, preferable but NOT required.
