- Build and expand AENO & Buydeem presence across major retail channels (consumer electronics, beauty, DIY, etc.).
- Lead all New Product Introduction (NPI) activities in Italy.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share.
- Create and manage Product Assortment Matrices for key partners.
- Prepare complex commercial offers and drive sell‐out activities.
- Oversee inventory planning and replenishment using PSI/CPFR data.
- Manage pricing and promotional actions together with the central team.
- 2+ years of experience in sales or product management within SDA, consumer electronics, retail, or FMCG.
- Strong understanding of the Italian SDA market and key retail players.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and planning skills.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- Analytical mindset, leadership qualities, and a results‐driven approach.
- Revenue & Gross Profit growth
- Forecast accuracy (PSI/CPFR)
- Old stock reduction
- Stable schedule and regular travel.
