Edwards Lifesciences Italy is looking for a Bids and Tenders (B&T) role ( Ufficio Gare ) who will primarily be responsible for quotation, tenders and relative aspects related to administration.

We are offering an Apprenticeship Contract of 2 years.

Key Responsibilities
Preparation of quotations and communication to the customers.
Preparation of tenders and post tenders' documentation in line with actual tender code and Company procedures.
Registration and update electronic platform (i.e. Albo Fornitori)
Support the Sales Team and Customers on daily basis request.
Support distributors on collecting Tenders documentations.
Check and align contracts prices yearly and upon request.
Preparation and filing of consignment contracts.
Preparation of rental contracts.
Monthly checking bank guarantee.
Supporting in B&T activities.

Education, Experience and Skills
Preferred Bachelor's Degree
Min 1 year of previous related Bids and Tenders experience is a plus
Fluent English is a must
Proven expertise in usage of MS Office Suite
Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
Good problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills, good presentation and facilitation skills and strict attention to detail
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the organization, work in a team and in a fast-paced environment
Moderate knowledge and understanding of B&T functional areas including: tenders and quotation process, is preferred
Moderate knowledge and understanding of Tender Code (Codice Appalti) is preferred
Ability to manage internal and external confidential information with utmost discretion
Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
