Job summary
We are seeking a proactive and skilledMechanical Leader
to oversee the operations of our new in-house workshop in
Ferno. The ideal candidate will coordinate a team of mechanics, establish repair priorities, manage spare parts and stocks, and maintain budgetary control.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of a team of mechanics, including scheduling, task allocation, and performance reviews.
- Provide hands-on guidance and training to ensure team members develop technical skills and adhere to company standards.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
