JOB PURPOSE

We are seeking an experienced Senior Controller to join our Luna Rossa team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in controlling and in financial management. Reporting directly to the Director, the Senior Controller will play a critical role in overseeing financial operations and providing strategic guidance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepares and sets the budget and costs for the relevant area.
• Manages the sales planning processes for the relevant area (annual plans, multi-year plans, and commercial planning), detects and analyzes deviations from the planned targets, and identifies corrective measures.
• Monitors performance against the budget, updates and revises forecasts, and identifies the most appropriate corrective actions.
• Analyzes the main deviations in the Income Statement, promptly communicating any anomalies to the function manager.
• Analyzes the managerial income statements and cash flows.
• Prepares and discusses profitability analyses using allocation criteria.
• Conducts management closing activities and produces the related reporting.
• Coordinates and supports Local Controllers in carrying out their activities.
• Continuously improves the processes and analyses performed.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Degree in Economics

7/10 year experience in this role at international corporations

Very good knowledge of the English language Excellent knowledge of the Office package

High degree of autonomy

Good relational skills
