Job Summary

Responsibilities:


  • Prepare monthly journal entries, including revenue recognition, accruals, prepaids and depreciation
  • Review the completion of journal entries and perform checks on accruals and expenses
  • Complete and review Balance Sheet reconciliation
  • Principle lead with month end close consolidation
  • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements according to GAAP
  • Support annual audits by preparing all appropriate audit work papers and reconciliations to support balances and transactions
  • Back up accounts receivable, accounts payable and T&E expense report processing
  • Assist in annual budget process
  • Assist in monthly forecasting
  • Assist with revenue and expense analysis on a monthly and adhoc basis
  • Prepare reports, including revenue by product line, sales by customer, deferred revenue waterfall, budget to actuals, and annual recurring revenue
  • Collaborate with teams across the organization to ensure any required changes to policies, procedures, and processes are implemented
  • Assist in ad hoc projects

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in accounting
  • 23 years of progressive accounting experience including month end close
  • Understanding of US GAAP and working knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley
  • Experience working with multiple international subsidiaries and foreign currencies
  • Effective communication skills within a team environment
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changes in business
  • Requires mínimal supervision to manage daily activities and meet deadlines
  • Problem solving/analytical skills
  • Must have a high level of organizational skills
  • Must be cool under pressure
  • Able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Must be a team player with a proactive mindset
  • Proficient in English. You read and write proficiently and speak at a conversational level in English.
