The Intern will be part of the Southern Europe Client Experience team (Events team), based in the Headquarter in Milan.

Main responsabilities:

Support during the organization of activations in store, events in store, and international events.
Presentation preparation for strategic meetings
Contact with suppliers for the organization
Management of the administrative tasks (collaborating with HQ Finance team)
Support during the event
Strong collaboration with colleagues from both HQ and Boutique before and during the events

Requirements:

Degree/Master in Marketing/Events/Communications or related field
Previous experiences in Retail, Hospitality or Event areas will be considered a valuable plus
Strong organizational skills
Attention to details
Problem solving and proactive attitude Fluent in Italian and English, a third language will be considered as a plus

Internship details:
6 months internship
- starting date February 2024 (immediate availability required)
