The Intern will be part of the Southern Europe Client Experience team (Events team), based in the Headquarter in Milan.
Main responsabilities:
- Support during the organization of activations in store, events in store, and international events.
- Presentation preparation for strategic meetings
- Contact with suppliers for the organization
- Management of the administrative tasks (collaborating with HQ Finance team)
- Support during the event
- Strong collaboration with colleagues from both HQ and Boutique before and during the events
Requirements:
- Degree/Master in Marketing/Events/Communications or related field
- Previous experiences in Retail, Hospitality or Event areas will be considered a valuable plus
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to details
- Problem solving and proactive attitude Fluent in Italian and English, a third language will be considered as a plus
Internship details:
6 months internship
- starting date February 2024 (immediate availability required)
- Fulltime internship (40h per week) Monthly remuneration, ticket restaurants and personal devices
