The Intern will be part of the Southern Europe Client Experience team (Events team), based in the Headquarter in Milan.


Main responsabilities:

  • Support during the organization of activations in store, events in store, and international events.
  • Presentation preparation for strategic meetings
  • Contact with suppliers for the organization
  • Management of the administrative tasks (collaborating with HQ Finance team)
  • Support during the event
  • Strong collaboration with colleagues from both HQ and Boutique before and during the events

Requirements:


  • Degree/Master in Marketing/Events/Communications or related field
  • Previous experiences in Retail, Hospitality or Event areas will be considered a valuable plus
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Attention to details
  • Problem solving and proactive attitude Fluent in Italian and English, a third language will be considered as a plus

Internship details:
6 months internship
- starting date February 2024 (immediate availability required)

  • Fulltime internship (40h per week) Monthly remuneration, ticket restaurants and personal devices
