Responsibilities:
Support the daily operations of the plants to:Maintain the highest productivity and reliability levelEnsure the quality of the final productsLimit the environmental impact reducing emissionsBe a lead in driving down the energy consumptionTo satisfy these responsibilities, among other activities, provide:Process documentation and operating suggestionsSupport in obtaining international standards certificationsBe active in improving the process safety performance:Contribute and carry out risk analysis sessionsSuggest optimal process parametersBe a lead in maintaining and improving the high safety performance of the organizationOptimization and development of plant operations:Data collection, simulation, analysis and interpretation, including periodic plant test runEmission and check of process parameter for the working out of the process data sheets (equipment, valves, instrumentation, etc...)

Manage small projects and assist in larger onesBuild relations with technical personnel within Yara both locally and at international levelProfile:
MSc (2nd level master's degree) in Chemical EngineeringGood analytical capability and "hands-on" attitudeAbility to communicate and interact effectively in a team and with a high level of self-motivationPreferred mother tongue Italian or willing to learn ItalianFluent in English written and spokenGood management skills and ability to work well under pressure#J-18808-Ljbffr
