    Your JobFor our location in Vardellino or remote, Molex-Flamar is looking for an experienced Account Manager.
    What You Will Do

    • Managing existing and acquiring new clients with focus on Europe, primarily Italy, and cooperation with the respective account management teams on clients with global reach in the industry
    • Increasing profitable revenue, market share and develop new customers in the target market segments of Material Handling, Automotive and Food & Beverage
    • Identifying, seeking, and securing new opportunities for Flamar raw cable and Molex products and value-added solutions primarily with Harness Makers, Machine Builders, System Integrators, and associated subcontractors in Europe
    • Collaboration with Business Development Managers enabling Molex to offer products and value-add solutions in customer applications and project opportunities.
    • Supporting Business Development Managers in bringing the voice of the customer to the business unit
    • Identifying market as well as specific customer needs regarding technology trends to assist in the development of new products and product extensions.
    • Responsible for interacting with Product Management and Operations in solving product quality and delivery issues.
    • Follow-up on all sales leads within the territory for both direct and distribution sales as well as maintaining the opportunity pipeline.
    • Close and effective collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Customer Services, Product Management, Business Development, and Industry Marketing Managers Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
    • Experience as Technical Sales Engineer in the Industrial Automation market along with an extensive cable, connector, interconnect product knowledge, on-machine Sensor and Actuator architecture and a wide market knowledge
    • SAP knowledge
    • Business-fluent Italian and English skills #LI-EC3
