Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs.
• Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician.
• Proficient in plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance tasks.
• Strong problemsolving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay, duration and benefits:

• Minimum 90 working hours per 3 weeks period.
• Starting between November and until the end of March.
• Hourly pay negotiated in an interview, according to knowledge and experience
• Other benefits according to the collective labor agreement.
• If necessary, the resort provides accommodation in a shared room for €250,00/month

Tehtävät:

• Suorita rutiininomaiset huoltotehtävät, mukaan lukien putki, sähkötyöt ja yleiset korjaukset.
• Tee tarkastuksia tunnistaaksesi ja ratkaistaksesi ongelmat nopeasti.
• Työskentele yhteistyössä muiden osastojen kanssa huoltotarpeiden suhteen.
• Vastaa hätähuoltopyyntöihin.
• Pidä tarkkaa kirjaa huoltotoimista.

Vaatimukset:

• Näyttöä työkokemuksesta huoltoteknikkona.
• Osaaminen putki, sähkö ja yleisissä huoltotehtävissä.
• Vahvat ongelmanratkaisutaidot.
• Kyky työskennellä itsenäisesti ja osana tiimiä.
• Erinomaiset viestintätaidot.
• Joustavuus työskennellä iltaisin ja viikonloppuisin tarvittaessa.

Palkka, kesto ja edut:

• Vähintään 90 työtuntia kolmen viikon jaksolla.
• Aloitus marraskuun ja maaliskuun lopun välillä.
• Tuntipalkka neuvotellaan haastattelussa osaamisen ja kokemuksen perusteella.
• Muut edut työehtosopimuksen mukaisesti.
• Tarvittaessa kylä tarjoaa majoituksen jaetussa huoneessa 250,00 €/kuukausi.
