Mindshare is looking for an Offline Media Planner, who will be responsible for the planning of all media campaigns for clients assigned with a good level of autonomy and able to manage the relationship with assigned clients

OBJECTIVE AND SCOPE OF THE ROLE

Delivering the most effective media plan given a budget and a media objective
Reporting, to support the budget activity
Delivering the competitive analysis able to give a clear picture of the activity and the strategy of the client's competitors

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the relationship with assigned clients
Planning and media management according to the guidelines supplied by the Manager
Competitive analysis
Active participation in the definition of communication strategies, according to the guidelines supplied by the Client Manager
Coordination with creative agencies for adv materials
Coordination with media owners for assigned spaces
Participation to meetings with clients

ABOUT YOU

A minimum of 23 years of experience in media planning (agency Media)
Smart approach
High propensity in teamwork
Good knowledge of English spoken and written
Accuracy, precision, attention to details
Independent and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Proactivity

Wpp Campus in Milan ( plus the option for hybrid working)
