This role is responsible for managing the third party suppliers of our clients' Health and Performance facilities across EMEA.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Works closely with the Client's Health & Performance (H&P) stakeholders to ensure CBRE are aligned and working in support of Clients Health & Performance vision and priorities.
  • Will work with the Operational and Program Directors to design, create and implement the H&P strategy and transformation plan
  • Setting up and managing H&P third party suppliers across EMEA
  • You drive quality Supplier service delivery, through holding high standards and maintaining trusting relationships
  • You know and actively review the region's supply partner contracts you want to ensure they are effective, responsive to customer feedback & maintain customer delight
  • You have a keen awareness of the market enabling unique solutions and improvements to be identified
  • You deploy a Regional supplier strategy that is aligned to the contract and our overall Account Sourcing strategy
  • Interfaces with senior and executive leaders on a routine basis
  • Develops, recommends, implements standard operating procedures and policies to economise operations while increasing productivity.
  • You inspire & lead a culture of safety awareness and fearless proactivity through making a safety confident team
  • You make a plan to visit your offices in line with the team's and the Client's needs
  • You are empowered to make necessary decisions, you do that with an indepth understanding of procedures, company policies and business practices to achieve winning results.
  • You actively evaluate service partner effectiveness

Skills / experience

  • Experience working within the fitness/ wellbeing industry a huge advantage
  • Minimum 5 years operations experience at management level
  • Experience setting up and managing third party suppliers at a regional level
  • A genuine interest in health, fitness and wellbeing
  • An excellent track record of client relationship management
  • Fluent written and spoken English is essential
  • Proficient in German is an advantage (B2)
  • Ability to travel to locations across EMEA
