    Launcher: la figura chiave per il lancio dei nuovi Lavita Camp.


    L'incarico consiste nell'aprire e strutturare i nuovi camp, ruolo pratico, manageriale e ad alto impatto.


    • Setup operativi: processi, fornitori, standard, planning.

    • Coordinamento del personale stagionale: selezione e gestione dei turni.

    • Monitoraggio della stagione: occupazione, performance,e esperienza ospiti.

    • Budgeting e controllo costi con reportistica periodica.

    Presidio sul campo a Capitana (Cagliari) dal primo maggio al primo novembre per seguire da vicino la stagione.
    Poi lavoro da remoto nel resto dell'anno per preparare le nuove aperture.
