We are looking for a process specialist to coordinate Process innovation related to Product Innovation. This position is based in Monaco or can be based in another skill center.

The process specialist advises and assists teams and plants in his / her area of expertise.

Proposes technical solutions after the verification of the feasibility.

Defines and enforces the standards in the Skills centers / Technical centers and in the plants.

  • In his/ her areas of expertise, is the referent for technical teams (skills centers, technical centers and/or Manufacturing engineering, and /or plants)
  • Train teams, elaborate, and respect the standards
  • On the premise of ensuring clients' expectations, raise up solutions aiming at reducing costs
  • Participate in technoeconomic analysis of industrial means
  • Support the processes definition
  • In the context of generic PFMEA, identify the generic special characteristics
  • Provide a benchmark on the practices in his/her specialty
Ensures that work is carried out in compliance with guidelines and proposes improvement. Ensures alignment with safety and environmental protection rules.

  • Coordinate innovation with Product Innovation in the field of Process
  • Drive Innovation topics in his/her field of expertise, process innovation programs, with internal and external stakeholders
  • Participate to the opening up of new markets/products through his/ her expertise, supporting Product Innovation
- participate to creativity initiatives to propose innovative solutions
- can support promotion of innovations within BUs and with customers

You can demonstrate a minimum of 10 years' experience within automotive with a proven experience in industrial process management.

You show a strong capacity to adapt, great flexibility, and have good communication skills both written and oral.

Ability to work in a cross-cutting/matrix approach, you are pragmatic and diplomatic.

This position requires to travel globally.

English is required.
