Job Description:

We are currently seeking an General Services Specialist who will join the Facilities department based in central Milan.

How you will contribute:_

Reporting to the Facility Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:

Maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness and communication
Point of reference for internal employees and external stakeholders and suppliers
Create and implement guidelines, policies and procedures
Transmit brand philosophy to the suppliers, especially for activities in close contact with staff (Reception, Canteen, Buttler)
Organize the office layout and support for meeting room maintenance
Address employees queries regarding office management issues (events, carpool, reception, stationery, cleaning etc.)
Manage relationships with office suppliers (cleaning, carpool, reception, stationery, vending machine etc.)
Provide general support to visitors
Support for desks and meeting rooms reservation
Implement and manage hospitality Projects
Who you are:_
At least 3 years of experience in Office / General Services Management
Strong organizational skills
Positive and proactive attitude
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Previous experience within the luxury industry is considered a plus;
Excellent knowledge of Office programs (mainly Excel and Power Point)
Fluent in Italian and English
