We are looking for a motivated and talented
Junior Product Owner to join our Product team in our Milan HQ.


  • This position is also open to people belonging to protected categories pursuant to Law 68/1999._

What you will do

  • Help maintain a prioritized backlog of user stories for our products, ensuring wellarticulated descriptions, acceptance and test criteria throughout the backlogs.
  • Collect requirements from internal and external business stakeholders, developing them into product backlog items under the supervision of the Head of Product.
  • Organize the product backlog items for the development teams, with clear acceptance criteria and Agile user stories with clearly articulated and welldesigned use cases.
  • Work with our brilliant UX/UI team to create mockups, wireframes and user journeys for User Stories.
  • Interface and work closely to achieve your goals with Software Engineers, Quality Assurance, Support and SRE teams and Scrum Masters.
  • Participating and lead Agile Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinements and Sprint retrospectives.
  • Offer support to the Presales and Sales teams for demos and learning to confidently perform product demonstrations to colleagues and customers.

Personal profile

  • Proactive, creative thinking, problem solving, "cando" mindset and strong time management skills.
  • Experience in a similar or adjacent role such as Business Analysis, Software Development, Quality Assurance, Product Ownership, UX/UI Design etc.
  • A passion for implementing and building taking an idea and making it reality is the core of what we do.
  • English is a must, Italian is a big plus other languages in which we operate or have business are very useful such as Portuguese, French, German, Chinese and Japanese are also highly valued.
  • A passion for technology and software. An understanding and interest in software development, cloud technology, REST API's, AI/ML/LLM is a huge plus.
  • An understanding and love for good user experience and user interaction design.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience or qualification in a related or adjacent field (Technology, Design, Engineering or other creative fields etc.).
