QA-QC PROJECT LEADS
The person will be placed inside the Quality Office with the following responsibilities:

  • Preparing Project ITP/QCP for Fabrication part.
  • Planning inspections with PM, taking into account QCP provisions and customers requirements.
  • Execution of Inspections to suppliers to verify that material is conformed for quality/quantity and characteristics to our contractual requirements (BOM
  • Drawings
  • Technical Specifications).
  • Verify, during the inspections, the progress status of the supplier orders.
  • Issuing Inspection Reports, highlighting critical issues.
  • Issuing NC noticed during inspections to Suppliers or Customers.
  • Liaising with Customer QC Dept regarding material's inspections.
  • Attending, during functional Tests to suppliers, to verify the conformity of materials.
  • Issuing Reports for pressurized components by relating to control agency.
  • Review and approval of Quality Project Documents.
  • Lead Project expediting activities with dedicated resources inside SPIG and/or external resources in case.
  • Collect quality project documents and certificates keeping in direct contact with vendors in case of discrepancies from requested docs and issued docs.
  • Review of Quality Project documents and certificates.
  • Prepares Quality Project Final Book.
  • Support PMs/SMs on Project NC management.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain in the qualification of Freight Forwarders.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE

  • High school diploma.
  • Use of the main IT tools.
  • Knowledge of technological features of the materials.
  • Knowledge of the methods, techniques and control tools produced with complex logic & technological functions
  • Capacity to read and interpret the relevant technical documentation.
  • To know the Norms for Quality Control and Testing Inspections and Testing.
  • Capacity to read technical drawings.
  • Available for short trips to Italy and abroad.
  • Fluent knowledge of English written and spoken.
  • Own car
